Team USA departs for Scotland World Championships 2009

Team USA has once again departed for this year’s World Fly Fishing Championships. The 2009 Championships are taking place June 5 – 12th in Drymen, Scotland. After a great early season of US Regional Qualifiers, Team USA looks to be primed and ready for a very challenging championship. The venues for this year are 4 lakes and 1 river. The Lakes are as follows: Loch Leven, Loch Awe, Lake of Mentieth and Carron Valley Reservoir. The river venue is the River Tay. We will participate in 8 days of practice prior to the event and will be sending updates daily.
