If anyone spots any updates on the WorldFlyFishingChampionships (from any teams) in Italy please post them here.

I guess the draw is complete and it all starts tomorrow morning at 430am.

Here is the latest update for the Fly fishing Canada FB page

Day 1 is complete and Team Canada is doing very well. Not only did Byron S. win his lake session, but Canada is blank free through the first two sessions. Tomorrow only has one session, but we need to keep working hard. Results are being posted the website.

With start of session 1, Team USA positioned into 8th place and making a very strong finish to day 1 and session 2 Team USA moved into 4th place only 5 points off of 2nd place. As a team we won session 2 altogether to make our move up the placing ladder. Only one session tomorrow morning and then the bye. Thanks for all the support!!"

Was just chatting with Arron he got 3 on the lake, putting him 4 or 5 in that session. Sorin with 4, Clint with 4 and Byron with 6, Terrence is not back yet.

Norm is currently in 2nd place and the team dropped to 6th place after today's session. Still within striking distance as a team but now is the time to really turn up the heat and push for a team medal. Go USA!
