Curious to know what date the 2012 Regional Teams will be announced with the currently last scheduled Regional being in March.

Its based of your standing at the regional. Usually it is within a week or two after the regional.

What happens if an angler qualifies in 2 regional's? Is that angler immediately locked into a team roster upon 1st qualification or will that anger then have an option? I apologize for my lack of understanding on the matter.

You will be on a team where you qualified first. Any regional you fish after you qualify will have it's qualifying anglers selected "around" any qualified angler who finishes in the top five, or ten. Your top two Regional finishes will go to points, but you can compete in as many as you can afford.
