Well its been awhile! This summer has been marked with change for us all. All of us on Team NC have been super busy with standard affairs family , jobs and so on. We started our monthly practices back up last weekend. We had a good turn out. With some faces gone and some new one's appearing. We had a good practice on some tuff pressured water in the heat of the day. Afterward a few of us decided to go after some wild brookies so after a hike that none of us liked, we managed to land some gorgeous Applachian Brook trout!
After a two month lay off ( long story)I am excited to see the team together and practices fire back up. We got our America Cup team together and have planned for us to do some practices as well. Chris Lee and myself will return to frisco with a new fresh team to make a run at the CUP!!! I am SUPER stoked about our AMERICA CUP team! We have a practice schedule planned thats going to be fun and exciting.

Nice to hear from you guys Kevin. I will have to make a trip down that way over the winter to fish with you guys if I can get away some weekend.

I really had plans to come up and fish the trout legend comp but got threw a heck of a curve ball and just now catching up! HEY Mark any time I got 2 drift boats and a raft any of you team troutlegend guys wanna come down I got ya a place to stay and we can hit up the SOHO or watauga!

We got a ton of stuff brewing and the Rumbles gonna be big this year so, soon as I get more details worked out Ill try to post'm up here! TAKE CARE

Mighty kind offer Kevin! We are sure to take you up on that soon. Likewise, you're always welcome up this way! We do a little steelhead outing in the fall you guys might want to get in on.

Still bummed I won't be at the cup this year.

Kevin,

I would love to go on a drift boat float. I have some experience rowing (not tons) so with a refresher I wouldn't be dead weight. Just hit me up with a PM. I'm in knoxville so the SOHO and Watuga are close. Plus I haven't fished either of them yet. Good luck with all the comp stuff and practice.
