Harman Invitational on Fly Rod Chronicals Week of Aug 23rd & Week of Aug 30th

Fly Rod Chronicles will be televising the the Harman Invitational the next two weeks on the Sportsmans Channel.  My self and David Woody were the first ever cooperative team and competed.  It really was a blast and the footage from this should be nothing short of spectacular.  Congratulations to Team Korkers made up of Paul Bourcq and Kevin Lowe of Team North Carolina.  David and I finished a close 4th just missing the top three by only one fish. 

Air times:
Tuesday - 1:00 AM EST.
Tuesday - 10:30 AM EST.
Friday - 11:30 AM EST.
Saturday - 1:30 PM EST.
Sunday - 3:30 AM EST.

I look forward to it.  Although no TL guys won it I think for the water we had we made it happen.  The lower beats were shit.  Mark and David did a great job sticking fish in pressured water.

I enjoyed the after comp bug trading session and open discussion about flies and techniques.  That my favorite part of all of this stuff. 

Todd Harmon was a great guy. He was very helpful.  He even let me use his 4 wheeler to hunt for my keys that i lost at some point (long story)

I can't wait to see my rod break on the first fish i scored.  I am sure the look on my face was priceless.  I am excited about it being two shows.
