           I would like to see the PAFBC stop the brush and tree cutting along the bank in that area.

The nanty has wires down at the last half mile.  Im hoping all the tungsten pulls them down.

SAFETY MESSAGE...NEVER DRIVE CARS THROUGH FLOODED AREAS!!  THE WATER
MAY BE TOO DEEP TO ALLOW SAFE PASSAGE.  MOST DEATHS THAT OCCUR DURING
FLOODING ARE RELATED TO VEHICLES TRYING TO CROSS FLOODED ROADWAYS.

  THE PENNS CREEK NEAR PENNS CREEK.
* FROM THIS EVENING TO SATURDAY MORNING...OR UNTIL THE WARNING IS
  CANCELLED.
* AT 10 AM THURSDAY THE STAGE WAS 5.6 FEET AND RISING.
* FLOOD STAGE IS 8.0 FEET.
* MODERATE FLOODING IS FORECAST.
* THE RIVER IS FORECAST TO RISE ABOVE FLOOD STAGE THIS EVENING AND
  CREST NEAR 10.0 FEET AFTER MIDNIGHT TONIGHT. THE
  RIVER WILL FALL BELOW FLOOD STAGE BY EARLY SATURDAY MORNING.
* AT 10.0 FEET...HIGH WATER OVERFLOWS BOTH BANKS. SEVERAL HOMES AND
  COTTAGES ON THE LEFT OR NORTH BANK ARE AFFECTED. MANY SECONDARY
  ROADS ALONG THE CREEK ARE CLOSED DUE TO HIGH WATER LEVELS.

my question still stands ... if all the streams are blown out does everyone still meet up and throw bunny leeches in chocolate milk or do you reschedule the event for a later date , just curious & thanks !
