There will be an "impromptu" team practice in the Bradford, PA area on December 20th. PM Mark or Dejon for more information.

Looking Ahead:
The next "Official Practices" are planned as follows:
- - April 17th Weekend in Catskill Region details (http://troutlegend.com/forum/very-general-discussion/catskill-tl-get-together-spring-%2710/)
- - Mid January in State College, PA (specific date yet to be decided)

"Impromptu Practices" - Short term practices organized by 2 or more members. All team members are invited and encouraged to come if possible, but by no means required. Team members are encouraged to organize and announce their own "Impromptu Practices" as often as possilbe.

"Official Practices" - Larger, well organized "whole team" practices that are essential to team unity and development. Team Members are strongly encouraged to attend these practices and if possible rearrange their schedules to do so. These events will occur roughly every 2 to 4 months. Note: we all understand everyone has important priorites like family and jobs, so no one is ever going to get slack if they absolutely can't attend a practice

The Possible Steams and tentative right now.
East Branch of Tunungwant Creek(PFBC Class A wild Trout)
West Branch of Tunungwant Creek(Delayed Harvest Area)
Kinzua Creek.(Delayed Harvest Area)

Hopefully the mild weather will continue and we can have a good day. This area is in the Allegheny National Forest.

Hey all,
I'd like to make it but I have been TOLD I have to go to Harrisburg to visit relatives.
It sounds like things are progessing for the team. Great work guys. Like I have said before...I will do all I can to help the cause.

Id like to ask if the Catskill "MEET-n-GREET/Practice" in April is still on and if it is concidered one of the "Plan-to-attend" whole team get togethers. Also, I would like a tentative head count ASAP. I don't want to get stuck for cabins we don't use.

Yes, it's definitely on. Yes, it's also intended to double as a "plan-to-attend" practice.

Reports I have tracked down say there are fish to be caught in all three streams I listed. Nothing to right home about but with the conditions that are going to be tuff I think it will be a decent practice. Also we will in all likely hood have these streams to ourselves.
Mostly looks like Rainbows in the West Branch of Tunungwant Creek & Kinzua Creek. The East Branch of Tunugwant is know for wild brook and brown trout. Parking should not be an issue and my plan is to meet on the campus of Pitt at Bradford Campus.
