More than just Competition!

Team Dead Drift members and two USA youth members took part in a rigorous training and testing course for certification through the Adaptive Fly Fishing Institute.  Now they are AFFI Certified Casting Instructors and Certified Therapeutic Adaptive Guides. This is in correlation with Team Dead Drift's mission statement to give back to the community, and what better way than helping Veterans Fishing programs and the general disabled have a great day on the water and learn the joyys of fly fishing! Kudos to everyone involved who became a certified professional! Congrats to; Bret Nelson, Scott Brown, Seth Sullivan, Jamie Sullivan, Derek Geldhauser, Ben Vandevender, Justin Pickett, Andrew Brown, and Hunter Hoffler. I would also like to mention our two certified FFF casting instructors Bret Nelson and Eric Cook.

I would like to say that I'm proud of our guys for taking part of this and the desire to help people less fortunate participate in the sport we all love. I had new job commitments that prevented me from joining in, but I will do this in the future. I believe in this cause strongly.
