Looks like Team USA is leading the way in first place with 36 points. Poland in second with 56 and Emerger with 57 in third. Team USA has 3 in the top 6 go USA

The last day 1st place is up for grabs final results will be posted by 4pm mst
It's been a great Cup and the fishing has been tough with a lot of blanks. It looks as though Team USA will win the team cup baring something big.

Lance and Devin must be fishing really well. Looks like it's a battle for Bronze at this point.

Sounds like a hard but awesome competition!! Can't wait to hear what the medal teams used and how they won their beats.  This is always one of the best parts of a big comp when it's over and everyone can share their secrets :)

What a Cup!
The results were did not reflect how close it was right up to the final day where 1 fish made the difference

The Blue river proved to be the most difficult to figure out with many blanks on all session the most fish caught in 1 session was 8 on the first day. The Colorado and the Ark prove to be the easier rivers. We all thought that the Blue would produce big numbers but at a flow of 800 cfs the wading was very difficult and many could not get to the prime holes with the chance of getting swept down river along with some picky closed mouth trout. The awards banquet was great with all the teams talking and hopefully sharing information.
Many teams are already make plans to attend next year. The Pols and hybred team Emerger made up of Ireland, Poland and Spain are coming back I am sure that others from Europe will also be coming . We will post information on The America Cup 2011 by the middle of December.
Thanks to all the teams and hope to see you next year.

The AC crew was great!  Controllers were a little scarce (I know how hard it is to get controllers!), but John/Dave devised a genius fish holding container with state of the art technology that kept the fish healthy and safe until a controller could measure and record them.  A well run comp, and a great time!  Thanks to all involved!

Let me echo the reports of others here that our hats are off to John and Dave for a superb competition. The teams, organizers and interested parties attending the event were all first class and the weather was unbelievable. Colorado put on her best performance for all of us out of towners.  Team USA was awesome as the AC winners. Our USA Youth team was in the running for a medal until the last session and came within one fish of being on the podium. We are already anticipating next year!

I just found this thread, and based on the great reviews that have been posted on this thread, I can hardly wait to compete at the America Cup in September!

I'll be fishing as a member of Team Emerger: Marek Walyczyk (Poland), Mike Drinan (Ireland), Sandro Soldarinin (Italy), Rob Kolanda (USA) and me (Canada), so be sure to say "Hello!", as I'm really looking forward to meeting those of you who are also attending this competition!

Cheers,
Todd

Cheers,
Todd

Todd I would gladly share a boat with you. It would definitely make my decision easy regarding who to controll the boat during my 90 min. LOL!
