I need to get new shin guards to replace what I lost. The ones I had (Hatch) have become hard to find and are much more expensivm than when I purchased then. I have located some in the $35 range--does anyone have access to neoprene shin/knee guards that are less expensive?

Hey Loren. The $35 dollar range is about what the good guards cost. Here is the guards i use. They work great and are filled with closed cell foam. right now they are no shipping and no tax as per amazon.

I finally found my other shin guard my 2 year old daughter effectively hid in her toy stash, so I'll be putting them back into use for the next comp. I have a very similar swat team design. It really does offer great protection, but I've always found it annoyingly spins in the current and I find myself readjusting them. I'm going to try some separate knee/shin pads at lowes/depot sometime soon.

My new shin/knee guards arrived in the mail. I am impressed with the quality construction and comfortable design. The stretchy Velcro straps are comfortable. These guards will help protect my Simms waders, especially during summer's pocket water season, thanks again.

Sean, you are the bomb! I've been looking for these since I saw something similar at the Canadian nationals two years ago.

I'm going to grab a pair later today.
