Hi all,
I am kinda a newbe,
been lurking for over a year  ;D

Great stuff here for shore!
 I Live north west N.J. Fish N.Y. and Conn,
 
Any one of you comp guys use a Franco Vivarelli  carbon reel?  Any input on build?
I am looking to buy one soon. Looks like Dan Bailey is the USA dist.
 Have thought about used and I have not seen any on EBay. Any one selling one?

Glad you joined the fray!  Most comp. guys I know are using the cheapest reels they can find.  The Franco semi automatic looks like a beautiful reel though.  We've been discussing automatics, but I'm yet to see many state side guys using them extensively.  However, you sure have to wonder about their "leg up" when you read a selling blurb like this:
