does the 10' 4wt have the weight stamped on it ? Just curious . My current 10' 5wt weighs 2-3/4 oz and is a tip flex and i don't like it , I love it !

except for the bulky Butt . Looks more like a 6wt or even 7wt but i can't see it when fishing

I´m looking to buy an allround european nymphing rod and I am wondering if you guys think that the BVK will do the job for me or if it will be too fast for french nymphing?

thanks for your reply.
I would really like to get the 3 wt and the conversion kit, the problem is that it will cost around 480$ here in Denmark and that´s way out of my budget

Have you tried the 4 wt? What´s your opinion on this rod as an allround nymphing tool?

Why buy it in Danemark if it's so expensive?
Lance Egan had the whole package for sale on the forum for $225 (if I remember correctly). Buy lightly used for half price on the internet. I don't know how important the warranty is for you, and how good the service is in Danemark for TFO rods. But I am pretty sure nothing is gonna go wrong with the conversion kit.
How about E-bay? I have seen the 8ft #3 for sale quite often.
On the other side, I don't know how much is shipping from USA to Danemark.
Just a thought...

Danish custom authorities (don´t know if that´s the real word for it) is a pain in the a.. I bought a rod from the US on ebay a year ago, it ended at almost double the price once it had gotten through the custom authorities...
That´s why I´m looking for a rod from Denmark and one that isn´t too expensive
