After 6 years of faithful service, my mirrored polarchromic copper Guide's Choice glasses broke at a hinge.  I mailed them back and Smith Action Optics sent me a brand-new pair, free of charge!  These retail for $199 so this is significant.  I am so pleased with their excellent warranty and customer service.

X2, one of the side pieces on one of my pairs of Action Optics (Smith) recently broke. I've had them for at least 5 years and they've seen very heavy use. I sent them back for repair. My model is obsolete, so they gave me a gift certificate for $199. I went on line and picked out new ones, which they sent very promptly.
I could not be more satisfied with their committment to customer service and the quality of their products. If you need glasses, I recommend that you go with Smith.
