I know that there are about a million variables that can effect the runs but I just checked the 10 day forecast and there is not a lick of rain for 10 days.

anyone have any thoughts on what this might do to the runs? Delay them? What about flows? We have had so much rain this summer it would be a shame for a late drought to F things up for our fall fishing.

One you looked at the weather channel their forcast are about worthless if you ask me. Out past 3 days is really a flip of the coin when you talk weather. I like AccuWeather.

Also the water levels are above normal to start with so any little rain will be right into the streams. I am betting it will be an above average year plus it only Sept 1 I would not sweat it.

I would count on this being a fantastic and relatively early season! There are all ready fish in the tribs... not many, but they are there. Just give it a few weeks. Flows are fantastic and the groundwater table has to be peaking. In fact, too much precip might be a point of contention this Fall.
