Hey guys,
Does anyone have any idea as to where to get the lead caddis rolled around in sand here in the states?

Side thought is to make em'. Then you get your choice of good hook too.

I'm not a big fan of these patterns, but everything has it's day... so what kind of glue/resin are you using, Dejon?

Well I'm not telling you if your not a fan! It's just couple min epoxy.

When we put a venue in the Lower Niagara you're gonna need these.

Figures. There's a couple of spots out this way with large concentrations of various cased caddis, but I haven't had much success with them. Probably shite presentation on my part.

Here are a few of my cased caddis. A few are a bit cuffed up, but you get the idea. Quick tyes. And that's siman deer hair thorax dubbing. It's a bit of a trick to get it to stay on the thread, but a lot of swax helps.
