Tournament Date:  Saturday April, 21st 2012

Location:  Dukes Creek 61 Tsalaki Trail Helen, Georgia 30545

Rules:  FIPS-Mouche Rules will be followed

Time: 
     - Waiver signing/Drawing 7:00 am
     - Beat drawing will start at 7:00 am. Registrant must be present at the drawing.
     - Fishing will start at 8:15 am for the first session

Awards/Closing:  5:00-5:30

Layout: 
     - Open registration for 24 individual anglers, 12 beats. 1:30 beats with :30 in between.
     - Fish/Judge/Fish. Lunch break from 12-1
     - There will be NO pre-registration for anyone or any team. No exceptions.

Cost:  $25 per angler

Purse:  $200 first place, $100 second place, $50 Third Place

Proceeds:  $250 donated to “Friends of Smithgall Woods”

Registration:  Registration date and time will be on a first come, first served basis. Registration for the comp opens March 5th 2012 at 8:00pm sharp. Registration can be made on Active.com

Everyone,
It has been brought to my attention that there will be a lot of anglers wishing to fish this Dukes comp participating at the Nanny Mini this weekend and could be far away from a computer when registration opens. I didn't really consider this when I determined the opening date and time. My question is for everyone... In order to try to keep as many people happy as I can would y'all like to see the registration opening dates be moved to Mondays instead of Sundays? I know I'm often on my way home from a river on Sunday night and could miss out on a Sunday registration myself.
This may seem trivial to some of you but as I mentioned I'd like to try and keep as many people happy as I can. It isn't my intention to step on any toes.

Based on response this change will be made (or not made) no later than Wednesday (2/29/2012) evening.

I believe the registration date change would be in the best interest of the comp.

I like the current plan, and to change the sign up time would require both an act of congress and Dejon, therefore I am against any change at this point.

This is my main concern with changing the date as well. I'd like to get some response from the board guys too if possible.
