INFORMATION & RULES:
Entry Fee $60 Per angler Limited to 20 Fly Fishing Contestants Two cash prize categories Biggest Fish and Points System Contestants draw at 7:00 am for assigned beats and judging times Fishing time, number of beats and prize money is determined by number of entries Entry deadline Thursday May 9, 2012 Tie breakers are determined by contestant with the most accumulative centimeters Contestant must sign a waiver Contestant spot is not reserved until all fees are paid in full Fly-fishing with one dry barbless, single hook only NO PELLET FLY IMITATIONS Contestant must net and measure fish The assigned judge must witness and score fish Fowl hooked fish do not qualify - any fish hooked behind the gill plate to the tail Only 2 rods per angler Entry fee Breakdown $20 Biggest Fish and $20 Points System
POINTS SYSTEM Contestants will fish all beats equal amount of time. Contestants measure in centimeters and score their total amount of fish for each beat, the largest fish points from each session will be scored as a (1) the second largest points fish will be scored as a (2) and so on. At the end of the day the fisherman with the lowest score will win the Points competition.
TIES In case of a tie in the final scoring, the total number centimeters of scored fish between the tying fishermen will win.

Wow.....! A Bronze. Awesome! I can tell you that the dry fly fishing is awesome right now, should be a fun challenging event with a new twist.
I recommend that anyone who has to work on Friday, call in sick like I will be.
