Nothing else would have fish in it after this weekend.

I could make a good argument that it is Father's Day and that's what I want to do for it. Not to say I would win that argument.

If that date won't work how about the 26th on the Davidson. There is always fish in there and less commercial boats. The Davidson is a tough just lacks heavy wading, if that is what you are looking for.

The D, now that could be fun. I'd be up for that. I took some guys from my team there before they flew home the day after Nationals because we just couldn't stop fishing. I'm cool with either the lower Nan or the D. Just give me the time and place.

Standard mini-comp rules apply. FIPS Mouche rules are in effect, with competitors judging and fishing am and pm fishing sessions. Points may apply based upon participation of 10 anglers and approval by TL board.

Note: There was some discussion around holding this event on the Davidson River. Recent water temps are in the high 60's, however. To ensure the safety of fish caught, we'll stick to tailwaters or high elevation streams for the summer series.
